It is with great humility and beauty that we have been guided to hold a retreat for women. A place where you can come together to cleanse, restore, support, heal and empower one another. A place for you to feel truly heard, felt and seen. In this container of unconditional love free from judgement there will be space to freely express yourself, to find healing, and celebrate all parts of you.

Join us in beautiful Windermere, Lake District National Park where we will be gathered in a light, spacious and beautifully decorated modern cottage with a cosy yoga loft shala sunken in nature, close to a forrest and at the foot hills of Troutbeck Valley with Lake Windermere a 20 minute walk away.
