Join us in the sacred lands of Glastonbury, also known by many as the heart chakra of the earth. An acupuncture point and place of great spiritual pilgrim and healing.
The retreat is in the most beautiful location sunken in nature with 360 views of Avalon. We will be together for 3 days on a tailored juice cleanse with daily yoga practice, meditations, breath work sessions and sound journeys, ice bath experiences, somatics, embodiment and movement practices. We will drop into a deep and rich cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance. There will be live acoutsic music throughout the weekend that will deepen us into our hearts. During the weekend will pilgrim to see the sacred sights of Glastonbury - taking a walk up the Tor and visiting the sacred springs.
