Glastonbury Cleanse & Restore Retreat

Join us in the sacred lands of Glastonbury, also known by many as the heart chakra of the earth. An acupuncture point and place of great spiritual pilgrim and healing.

The retreat is in the most beautiful location sunken in nature with 360 views of Avalon. We will be together for 3 days on a tailored juice cleanse with daily yoga practice, meditations, breath work sessions and sound journeys, ice bath experiences,  somatics, embodiment and movement practices. We will drop into a deep and rich cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance. There will be live acoutsic music throughout the weekend that will deepen us into our hearts. During the weekend will pilgrim to see the sacred sights of Glastonbury - taking a walk up the Tor and visiting the sacred springs. You will also receive a deep personalised 1-1  body work session with our experienced massage therapist to release tension and feel blissfully relaxed. 

On the final day to complete we offer the opportunity to take the cleanse deeper with Rapé and a Kambô ceremony (this is optional and + £60 add on to be paid when you arrive)

Throughout the weekend there will be lots of spaciousness to be in nature, to connect with each other, to contemplate and integrate, and to have time to relax and be still. 

Our sessions are tailored to meet the needs of all abilities and experience, wherever you are at in your journey.
