Lake District Spring Cleanse Retreat

Join us for a much needed 'Spring Cleanse'. We will be together for 3 days in the Lake District on a tailored juice cleanse with wild swimming, yoga and movement, breath work,  a blue lotus caao ceremony, sound journeys and live music. The location also has an outdoor jacuzzi we have access to all weekend. 

You will also receive a deep personalised 1-1  body work session with our experienced massage therapist to release tension and feel blissfully relaxed. On the final day to complete we offer the opportunity to take the cleanse deeper with Rapé and a Kambô ceremony (this is optional and + £60 add on to be paid when you arrive) Throughout the weekend there will be lots of spaciousness to be in nature, to connect with each other, to contemplate and integrate, and to have time to relax and be still.
