Lake District Womens Retreat

It is with great humility and beauty that we have been guided to hold another retreat for women. A place where you can come together to cleanse, restore, support, heal and empower one another. A place for you to feel truly heard, felt and seen. In this container of unconditional love free from judgement there will be space to freely express yourself, to find healing, and celebrate all parts of you.

Join us in beautiful Windermere, Lake District National Park where we will be gathered in a light, spacious and beautifully decorated modern cottage with a cosy yoga loft shala sunken in nature, close to a forrest and at the foot hills of Troutbeck Valley with Lake Windermere a 20 minute walk away. 

We will be together in sisterhood for 3 days on a tailored juice programme with daily yoga and somatic movement practices, a shamanic breath work session and sound journey, live music, wild swimming, nourishing heart felt sharing circles, walks in nature, and we will journey ceremonially with blue lotus and cacao into guided movement medicine into a full celebratory ecstatic dance. There is the option to deepen the cleanse in a Kambo Ceremony on the final day which is OPTIONAL - £60 add on.  

We will enjoy a 'spa' afternoon with face masks, exfoliation, massage, kombucha in champagne glasses dipping in and out of the hot tub ~ total nourishment, relax and sisterhood. 

You will also receive a personal 1-1 massage with out outstanding massage therapist Hayley. 

There will be lots of spaciousness to contemplate and integrate, connect and have time to relax and be on the land.

It will be a deeply nourishing time for each of you and as a collective. Creating friendships for life, weaving our prayers into the tapestry held in nuruting, sacred sister hood.  

Through our collective unity love, presence and care we will create a container of transparency, truth and transformation. Our sessions are tailored to meet the needs of all abilities and experience, wherever you are at in your journey. Our retreats cater for and are inclusive to all - all is welcome.
